Mr. Arthit Teepakornsukasem (center), Chairman, Mr. Rangsit Teepakornsukasem (third from the right), Managing Director, and Ms. Thida Thamsaroch (third from the left), Chair of the Audit Committee, along with the management team of Smart Concrete Public Company Limited (SMART), held the annual general meeting of shareholders for 2026. The meeting approved a dividend payment at a rate of 0.0675 Baht per share, totaling 70.30 million Baht in dividends. The record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend is set for April 21, 2026, with the payment scheduled for May 5, 2026. The meeting also acknowledged the annual performance report for 2025 at the Chao Phraya Building in Chonburi recently.
